Directions: Directions: Put all of the herbs in a pot with a pinch of whole cloves and 2 liters of water. Boil for 15 minutes. Pour a small glass’ worth (4-6 oz) and drink. Repeat 2 times per day, morning and evening, making sure to boil each time before pouring a cup. When the water runs out, add more and repeat. Continue this process until the herbs lose their color and/or flavor.
–Do not refrigerate the herbs. You can leave them on the stove in the same saucepan or pot that you boil them in. As long as you consistently boil them everyday they will not spoil.
