Neb Naba came from the continent that cradled humanity and with it; its culture! He travelled to many temples, learning from spiritual elders. He had gone through many intense initiations of the traditional Kemetic system. He journeyed the world learning diverse cultures to be able to bring the mission to western lands for the first time, to provide people an opportunity to regain humanity's ancestral culture for the health and wellbeing of all.

The Sount class is very technical and straightforward. Students learn firsthand what healing is, the goal of a healer and the discipline that comes with this responsibility.
Initiation has changed my life. I had so many questions of who I was, what my purpose was and the things that I need to accomplish as a spiritual human being. I have a family and a community that stand on principles. The community is wonderful. The priests are all people who you can respect and feel part of and they're truly there to understand you and help you overcome the struggles that has made your life difficult.
The traditions and challenges of initiation are brought directly to you, wherever you sit. It enables each person that desires to answer the fundamental question, of purpose and destiny, while presenting the opportunity to gain family/friends from each corner of the planet.
I received a call to initiate online and I have never regretted it. As online initiates most of us did not get to physically meet each other until we either went on Pilgrimage or when we graduated. But amazingly it was most joyful to meet my Sens and Seneets. Our teachers and Teacher Assistance were incredible - patient, knowledgeable, willing to give of themselves to make sure we grasp this knowledge to awaken us.
When the online classes became available, I immediately jumped on board but thought to myself that the experience would be nothing like in a real temple and would not be as enriching or effective in my life. To my happiness and surprise, the experience was beyond what I could have envisioned for my life and the connections I made with my teachers, hatenees and fellow initiates were deep and forever bonding.
"I would describe my experience of initiation as “powerful beyond measure” and “an uphill journey.” Each challenge that arose brought me closer to my generation, mission, destiny, purpose, family, and ancestors. Initiation taught me how to reconnect and re-align with the earth that sustains us. If I had to choose one word to sum up my experience in Per Ankh, it would be “ReB’earth.”
Studying in the comfort of your home from just about any part of the globe attached to the internet. Mtam has provided all the tools necessary for a successful initiation process and at the same time the participants can build lasting relationships with each other as they immerse themselves in the culture and traditions that have been with held from them for centuries .
We utilize a private online session which can be streamed from anywhere in the world. While the initiation happens "in the air" there are also plenty of opportunities to ajoin as a generation in person at our temples in Chicago, Houston, New York, New Jersey, London, Coventry as well as in Meritah (Traditional Africa).
