Three members shared inspiring presentations highlighting their gardening projects with practical solutions to growing your own food. The discussions delved deep into the challenges of food waste, the impact of food insecurity, and explored ways to apply Indigenous wisdom to this contemporary challenge. An important distinction was made between food security, sovereignty, and self-sufficiency.
