Greetings Membership,

It is my great pleasure to address you all today here in this message. Although I’m sure each one of us as we read this message will find ourselves in a different place and situation than the other, for sure, at the same time we will find ourselves in the exact same place and situation by virtue of being a Human Being here on Earth.
I will take this moment to write this as a message of Unity for everyone and anyone reading this.

No matter what your history is in life, where you live, or what your culture is, you will find that each one of us is capable of anger, jealousy, love, hate, compassion, ignorance, and ingeniosity.

Even in the most well rooted and symbiotic societies on Earth, you will find educational stories handed down through the ages, which are transmitted to the youth from an early age in order to prepare us for the inevitable challenges we will inevitably face in the field of our own Human Nature.

It is only when one believes that they are not capable of what they consider to be the negative in life, that they then become its perfect messenger. Political powers and the new rulers of the world understood this very well in their desperation to control populations over the millennia in perpetuation of their social schemes.

All of the notable characteristics and so-called identities which serve to divide and define us today, somehow are a product of, or exist on a tier of this historical social hegemony.
Out of our own desperation and need to simply survive, make sure our families are fed, and to ensure that we ourselves don’t starve, we continue barreling forward; accepting that we are not capable of the same basic weaknesses the society tells we are protected from by sheer loyalty to its ideologies, and find relief in finding the root of our problems in an “other” in order to ventilate the pressure of fundamental social dysfunction.
To say it simply, we are kept far away from solving this issue by being drowned in politics and our own endless struggle for survival in today's world.

What is exceptional, amidst all this, is finding people who are capable of transcending these psychological, behavioral, and political knots, who reduce the assessments of what they observe in their lives and in their societies to its lowest common denominator; to fundamental common processes.

I invite you all, and challenge you all to take this path of transcendence, to struggle to start untying these knots. The greatest shame in life is being the hand of your own destruction and mediocrity, and shouldn’t dignity and an intelligent lifestyle be basic and common fundamentals in life?

99% of our experiences in life are common no matter where you are from, but it is politics and delusions of personal importance which frames them as vastly different.

Wishing you all courage and persistence!

Indigenous Renaissance Initiative Update

The Indigenous Renaissance Initiative (IRI) leads the Charitable Projects and Programs of the Kebtah Temple (Earth Center) non-profit spiritual organization, which is dedicated to preserving and promoting humanity's Ancestral culture and spirituality in order to sustain the health and well being of all people.

UPDATES
Children’s Fund (CF)
The youth of the Dogon communities have been educated to understand the intricacies of working closely with nature. They are now seeking support so that they can pursue a modern school education in order to have the skills necessary to communicate and interact on a global scale. With the solid educational foundation they receive in both worlds, they will be ready to heal, guide, and enlighten the paths of those they come in contact with in the future.
Update: Up until the academic year 2022/23 (Sidereal calendar year 422), the CF has been able to support some 46 children with school fees, uniforms, books, and supplies for a second year in a row. In addition this year the Initiates of Kebtah collected new and lightly used clothes for children aged 1-14 and donated them to the families whose children received school materials from the Fund. The support was greatly appreciated by traditional and government authorities, the school leaders, and the elders of the communities in which the children live with their families.

Farming: Land/Forest Reclamation and Agroforestry
Farming is at the center of Kebtah Temple land reclamation, agroforestry, and integrated permaculture initiatives, which restore depleted land, reclaim natural forests and lands and preserve seeds and plant or tree species to return Seed Sovereignty to the indigenous communities. Without these reclamation and seed/species diversity preservation initiatives, it is not possible to revitalize life in indigenous communities.
Update: The Seeds for Indigenous Life (SIL) Seed Bank and Sustainable Farming program has completed the first phase on the land in Bonangana, near Togo, as well as integrated the first community farms that will become the core of the SIL program going forward.

Next Steps
Kebtah Temple is raising funds to expand current projects or launch new ones based on requests from the communities in West Africa.

Cycles and Rhythms
By MahAishat Mutefnout

Ancestral wisdom shows us that the existence is made up of many cycles and rhythms, and thus there is a season for everything. Kem people around the world are reflecting on the closing of a period when humanity is in a state of fragility as The God Wsr, our Ancestral father, made His travels to the Imentet (World of the Dead).

Wsr is often illustrated in a shade of green as He is the manifestation of life after death or what one might call a rebirth. At this time of year, after His transition, we observe a shift in energies towards renewal, rejuvenation, and revitalization. In the coming months we will even see an alignment in nature in many parts of the world with the Spring season and budding new plant life.

As we embark on this new period take some time to meditate on what you want to see growing and revitalized in your life.  May your wishes be well received and provide enrichment for you, your family, and your community.

“You never bathe twice in the Nile. Next time,
either you have changed or the Nile has.”
~ Ancestral Proverb
